(with Progressing Ballet Technique)
For Students aged 9 years to Teens/Adults

Weeks in term : 13 weeks
THREE WEEK TRIALS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE TO BOOK FOR STUDENTS AGED 9 – 16 YEARS OLD IN FULL TIME EDUCATION

What to Expect:
This brilliant programme was specifically designed for dancers to develop their body conditioning, and is a fast-track method of improving a dancers technique, and a wonderful way for child seeking to get fitter, gently exercise, tone and even rehab from injury. Is also a lot of fun!
Students will gain strength, control, stamina, musicality, performance, presentation, confidence, increased posture and flexibility.
What to Wear
Shorts, or leggings you can pull up to your knee, a t-shirt or leotard. Hair must be tied neatly away from face and jewellery removed.
All equipment is provided!

Student Discount – am I eligible?
(You will need to provide evidence of your student status)
To be eligible for an 16+ student discount at Brighton Ballet School you must be aged 16 or over, registered with an education establishment and be :
A full-time student registered and studying on a higher education course with a university or college enrolled on a full-time course made up of at least 15 tuition-led and/or structured learning hours a week over at least 14 weeks
Receiving NHS bursary money*, either as a full-time or part-time student,
A full-time postgraduate student (for example, studying or writing up for 15 or more hours a week)
Possess a valid NUS, or student card with at least 6 weeks of your course remaining.
