What to Expect

Progressing Ballet Technique 
We are delighted to be able to offer a one off taster class in Progressing Ballet Technique.  This class is ideal for those wishing to pursue Ballet and improve their ability, technique, core stability and flexibility.  This brilliant programme is specifically designed for dancers, to develop their body conditioning class rapidly improving a dancer’s ability and is also a lot of fun!  
It involves an exercise ball and some simple but effective exercises based on pilates and yoga that will increase flexibility, coordination and muscle strength.

Instructors are qualified Dance Teachers, carefully selected for their expertise and experience within the industry and carry full enhanced DBS checks.

Students will gain strength, control, stamina, musicality, performance, presentation, confidence, increased posture and flexibility.

What to Wear
Shorts, or leggings you can pull up with a leotard or fitted t-shirt.  Hair must be tied neatly in a pony tail please

All equipment will be provided!
