Age Groups: 6 – 11 years

9:15 – 9:30      Registation
9:30 – 10:30    Ballet Class
10:30 – 10:45   Break & Re-fuelling!
10:45 – 12:00   Acrobatics Class
12:00 – 1:00    Lunch Break & Outdoor Play
1:00 – 1:30      Craft Activity
1:30 – 2:30      Contemporary Dance Class
2:30 – 3:00     Final run-troughs of learnt work
3:00 – 3:30    Showcase for friends & Family

FAQs

Q: What should participants wear? A: Comfortable clothing, or dance attire and appropriate dance shoes for each style. More details will be provided upon registration.

Q: Do participants need to bring lunch? A: Yes, please bring a packed lunch and snacks. Water will be provided throughout the day.

Q: Can parents watch the classes? A: Parents are welcome to attend the final showcase at the end of each full day. Daily classes are closed to allow dancers to focus and learn.

Summer Holiday Dance Camp Disclaimer

General Disclaimer: By participating in the Summer Holiday Dance Camp, all participants and their guardians acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Health and Safety:

1. Physical Fitness: Participants affirm that they are in good physical condition and do not suffer from any ailment that would prevent or limit their participation in dance activities. It is the responsibility of participants or their guardians to ensure they are physically fit, have consulted a physician if necessary and declared any existing injuries or medical conditions upon registering for this course.
2. Medical Emergencies: In the event of a medical emergency, the holiday club staff will take appropriate action and contact emergency services. Guardians will be notified immediately.
3. Injury and Risk: Dance is a physical activity that carries inherent risks, including the risk of injury. Participants and their guardians assume all risks associated with participation and agree to hold the Summer Holiday Dance Club, its staff, and affiliates harmless from any and all liability, claims, or demands.

Personal Property: The Summer Holiday Dance Club is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal property brought to the camp. Participants are advised to leave valuables at home.

Behaviour and Conduct:

1. Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to behave respectfully and follow the club’s rules and instructions from the staff. Disruptive or harmful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal from the club without refund.
2. Supervision: While the club staff will provide supervision during club activities, participants are expected to take responsibility for their own actions and behaviour.

Photography and Media: By attending the Summer Holiday Dance Club, participants and their guardians consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during club activities for promotional and marketing purposes, including social media, websites, and print materials. If you do not wish to have your image used, please inform the club staff in writing prior to the start of the club.

Refunds and Cancellations:

1. Cancellation Policy: Refunds for cancellations will be provided as per the clubs cancellation policy, which can be obtained upon request. Please note that a processing fee may apply.
2. Club Changes: The club reserves the right to modify or cancel the club schedule or activities due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions or insufficient enrollment,

Acknowledgment and Acceptance: By registering for the Summer Holiday Dance Club, participants and their guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to this disclaimer. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
