What to Expect
Ever wanted to try ballet?  This is the course for you!
This comprehensive introduction to ballet course is the perfect way for adults and teenagers to learn this beautiful dance discipline.  We take you from the absolute basics of ballet technique in a structured approach that will have dancing like a pro in no time! This class is open to adults of any ability or age, who have little or no previous experience in ballet or those wishing to learn in their teens, as adults or returning to ballet as adults.

In this class we will not be following both syllabus material and free-work exercises to build on the skills and technique of ballet, teaching a new steps, classical repertoire, whilst building strength, coordination and musicality in the dancer.  This is an ideal class for students who wish to enjoy the benefits of a ballet class without the pressures or desire to follow exams.

Instructors are qualified Dance Teachers, carefully selected for their expertise and experience within the industry and carry full enhanced DBS checks.

Students will gain strength, control, stamina, musicality, performance, presentation, confidence, increased posture and flexibility whilst expanding their technical knowledge of classical ballet and repertoire.

What to Wear
Black leotard, Pink Tights, Pink Ballet shoes, demi and pointe shoes are required if appropriate.  Hair tied neatly in a bun.
