What to Expect
This class is an ideal starting point for those wishing to return to ballet as adults, or teenagers who are interested in attending a ballet class and have at least 6 months to 1 year previous experience. This class will help you get back into your ballet shoes before you know it in a fun, supportive environment!  We will take you through the basic and move on to more complex movements through the course, and follow both free-work exercises and syllabus (around Grade 2-3 level), whilst building strength, coordination and musicality.  This is an ideal class for students who wish to enjoy the benefits of a ballet class without the pressures or desire to follow exams.

Instructors are qualified Dance Teachers, carefully selected for their expertise and experience within the industry and carry full enhanced DBS checks.

Students will gain strength, control, stamina, musicality, performance, presentation, confidence, increased posture and flexibility whilst expanding their technical knowledge of classical ballet and repertoire.

What to Wear
Black leotard, Pink Tights, Pink Ballet shoes, or leggings, t-shirt and socks on your feet.  Hair tied neatly back, preferably in a bun.
