What to Expect
This class is open to adults of any ability or age, who have little or no previous experience in ballet. In this class we will not be following syllabus material, instead we will build on the skills and technique that we have already learned in the introductory beginners courses or student’s previous experiences, teaching a new steps, classical repertoire, whilst building strength, coordination and musicality in the dancer. This is an ideal class for students who wish to enjoy the benefits of a ballet class without the pressures or desire to follow exams.
Instructors are qualified Dance Teachers, carefully selected for their expertise and experience within the industry and carry full enhanced DBS checks.
Students will gain strength, control, stamina, musicality, performance, presentation, confidence, increased posture and flexibility whilst expanding their technical knowledge of classical ballet and repertoire.
What to Wear
Black leotard, Pink Tights, Pink Ballet shoes, demi and pointe shoes are required if appropriate. Hair tied neatly in a bun.
