Grade 2 Tap Dance Class

For children aged 10+ years

Time: 1:15 – 2:15 pm
Age : 10+ years
Venue : Dance Studio, BHASVIC Sixth Form College, Old Shoreham Road Hove, BN3 6EG
Weeks in course : 14 weeks

What to Expect
This is a class for students who have either completed grade 1 tap or have at least 1 year’s previous training. This class will build on the students previous knowledge, and further develop their musicality and technique in this fun dance discipline.

Instructors are qualified Dance Teachers, carefully selected for their expertise and experience within the industry and carry full enhanced DBS checks.

Students will gain coordination,  control, stamina, musicality, performance, presentation, confidence, increased posture and flexibility whilst increasing their fitness in a fun socially interactive setting!

What to Wear
Tap shoes are a must!  You can purchase them through our school shop at very reasonable prices.  Leggings and trousers are ideal with a lose fitting t-shirt.  We recommend you also bring a bottle of water as it can get very hot and sweaty during a tap class!
