Adult Tap Dance Taster Class 

For teenagers and adults.

What to Expect
Tap dance is a great way of keeping both mind and body fit and well, and is also a fun way of exercising!

No previous experience necessary as class will be divided by ability.

Instructors are qualified Dance Teachers, carefully selected for their expertise and experience within the industry and carry full enhanced DBS checks.

Students will gain coordination,  control, stamina, musicality, performance, presentation, confidence, increased posture and flexibility whilst increasing their fitness in a fun socially interactive setting!

What to Wear
Tap shoes are great if you have them, or a sturdy pair of shoes with a low heel will do! Leggings and trousers are ideal with a lose fitting t-shirt.  We recommend you also bring a bottle of water as it can get very hot and sweaty during a tap class!
