Brighton Ballet School Membership
2026–2027
Terms & Conditions
By purchasing or enrolling in the Brighton Ballet School Membership, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your booking.
1. Membership Period
Membership is valid from 1st September 2026 to 30th August 2027.
All membership benefits are available only during this period.
2. Membership Use
- Membership is strictly individual and linked to the named student at the time of registration.
- Membership cannot be shared (including between family members), transferred, gifted or used by any other person.
- Membership benefits are for the registered student only and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or alternative services.
3. Fees & Payments
- Membership fees are payable annually.
- The applicable Membership fee is based on the student’s age at the time of purchase.
- Members may choose to either:
- pay the annual Membership fee in full at the time of registration; or
- spread the annual Membership fee over twelve (12) equal monthly instalments.
- The monthly payment plan is provided solely as a method of spreading the cost of the annual Membership and does not constitute a monthly Membership or a monthly rolling contract.
4. Monthly Payment Plan
Members who choose the monthly payment plan acknowledge and agree that:
- The monthly payment plan is a 12-month contractual commitment.
- By selecting this payment option, you agree to pay all twelve (12) monthly instalments in full.
- The payment obligation remains in place regardless of whether the student:
- withdraws from Brighton Ballet School;
- stops attending classes;
- cancels their Membership;
- does not use any Membership benefits; or
- is unable to participate due to illness, injury or any other personal circumstance.
- Monthly instalments cannot be cancelled, paused, suspended or reduced before the end of the 12-month Membership period.
- No refunds, credits or early termination of the payment plan will be offered under any circumstances, except where required by law.
- Any unpaid instalments remain payable. Brighton Ballet School reserves the right to suspend Membership benefits, online content, discounts and priority booking until outstanding payments have been made. Suspension of Membership benefits does not release the Member from their obligation to pay the remaining balance.
- Brighton Ballet School reserves the right to recover any outstanding Membership fees together with any reasonable administration or debt recovery costs where permitted by law.
5. Refund Policy
- All Membership fees are strictly non-refundable once purchased.
- This applies regardless of whether the student chooses to stop attending classes, withdraws, or does not use some or all of the Membership benefits.
- No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused time or unused Membership benefits.
- Members paying by monthly instalments remain liable for the full annual Membership fee even if they leave Brighton Ballet School, cancel their Membership, or cease using the Membership benefits.
- This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

All content provided through the Brighton Ballet School Membership—including, but not limited to, online classes, live sessions, pre-recorded videos, syllabus materials, choreography, music, teaching resources, written materials and digital content—remains the exclusive intellectual property of Brighton Ballet School.
