Gymnastics & Acrobatics Course

For children aged 7+ years

Time : 12:00 – 13:15
Age :7+ years (class split by ability and age)
No of weeks : 13 weeks
Venue : BHASVIC Sixth Form College, Dance Studio, Dyke Road/Old Shoreham Road, Hove

What to Expect
Students are not required to have any previous experience.

This fun class will teach the basics of Gymnastics and Acrobatics.v

Instructors are fully qualified in the Acrobatic Arts Syllabus and will divide the group by skills and ability.

Children will learn forward rolls, balances, stretching, limbering, handstands, bridges, and tricks.

What to Wear
T-shirts, leggings or shorts are just fine.

If possible we would encourage children to have bare feet to avoid slipping on the mats and floors.

Please tie long hair back if possible and use a restraining strap if children need to wear glasses.
