Packages are sold for either 1 hour, 1.5 hour and 2 hour classes, in packages of 5 or 10 classes.


Please note - Packages expire after 3 or 6 months duration depending on the card you purchase.


Drop-in Class Cards cannot be used as payment towards private classes.

Self Service Drop-in Class Packages


A drop-in class package acts as a gateway for you to try and test some of the most popular and exciting classes on offer at Brighton Ballet School, including Ballet, Tap and Progressing Ballet Technique (Body Conditioning).  Whether you purchase a 1 hour, 1.5 hour or 2 hour dance class card there will be plenty of opportunity for you to try out different disciplines, styles and levels of classes.


HOW TO PURCHASE A DROP-IN CLASS CARD

To purchase a package all you need to do is follow the link below and purchase either a 1 hour, 1.5 hour or 2 hour dance class card package.  Packages are sold in blocks of either 5 or 10 classes.  (Please note Student discounts are available to those in full time education only.)

HOW TO GET STARTED

Please refer to the Terms & Conditions listed below that Drop-in card users must abide by, along with the full Terms & Conditions before making a booking.

1.Click on the link above to access the Self-service Drop-in site

2.Create an account by clicking on ‘Don’t have an account? Register here’

3.Create a username and password

4.Along the top of the screen you will see various options including; ‘my account’, ‘schedule’, ‘buy‘ and ‘registrations’.  You need to click on ‘buy’ and scroll down to ‘sessions’ on the drop down menu, to purchase a drop in class card.

5.You will find ‘sessions’ to buy listed below in various dance class durations including 1 hour, 1.5 hour, 2 hour, in either 5 or 10 class packages.  Once you have decided which package you would like to purchase click on ‘purchase’.   This will take you to the payment screen, please click on ‘pay later’ to complete your purchase.  Please, you cannot pay for the drop-in class card on line, you will need to arrange payment via BACS bank transfer, cash or cheque.

6.You will see a message confirming that your transaction has now been completed.  The fees are now due and you must pay these within 1 week of your purchase to avoid late payment fees being added to your account.

7.You will now automatically receive an electronic invoice via your email address.  You can pay for the package you have just purchased. via BACS/bank transfer, cash (via any RBS bank over the counter) or cheque.  Full details of how to pay, including the schools bank account details are on the emailed invoice. 

8.To book a class click on ‘Find New Session’ under the heading Schedule on the left of your screen. 

To avoid disappointment ensure the fees are paid swiftly.  Students who fail to pay for their drop-in class cards in full before attempting to join a class will be prohibited from taking part.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR DROP-IN CLASS CARD USERS

  1. 1.You can only attend a class if you have booked a space via the BBS Self-Service booking system.

  2. 2.You can only attend a class that is the same duration (or less) as marked on your drop-in card.

  3. 3.You can not take a class without paying for your drop-in package in full, in advance, and may be refused entry if you do not do so before you arriving for your class. 

  4. 4.Fees for drop-in class cards must be settled within 1 week of purchase to avoid late payment fees of £10.00 being added to your account. 

  5. 5.Please note there is a 24 hour cancelation policy in place for all Drop-in class users.  Failure to cancel the class before this time will result in you forfeiting the class from the remaining number of classes on your package.  To cancel a class log into your account and click on ‘My schedule’, all your booked classes will show here with the option to ‘cancel’ on the left hand side of each class you have booked. 


DROP IN CLASS CARD PACKAGES

Terms & Conditions of use for use in conjunction with the full terms & conditions of Brighton Ballet School. 


a)The drop-in class card is valid for either 6 months if you have purchased a 10 class package or 3 months if you have purchased a 5 class package from the date of issue and payment in full of the fee. 


b)The drop-in class card is valid for a maximum of either 5 or 10 classes only. 


c)The drop-in class card can only be used for the same duration dance class (or less) as purchased, either 1 hour, 1.5 hour or 2 hour, or a Pilates class.


d)BBS reserves the right to refuse entry to any student who cannot prove that they have purchased and paid in full the fees for their Drop-in class card upon arrival, and that their card is still valid within the date of purchase.


e)Students who fail to attend the class they have booked will not be eligible for a refund.  In these circumstances the class is forfeited from the remaining number of classes available on their package. 


f)Students who fail to cancel a class within 24 hours prior to the class commencing are not eligible for a refund.  In these circumstances the class is forfeited from the remaining number of classes available on their package. 


g)The drop-in class card is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit under any circumstances.


h)The drop-in card can only be used by the individual who originally purchased the class card.  No exchange or transfer to another student is possible under any circumstances. 


i)BBS is unable to offer refunds for classes that have not been used for whatever reason within the 3 or 6 month period of validity including sickness, injury, bereavement and absence (including maternity absence.)


j)The drop-in class card can only be purchased for dance classes of 1 hour, 1.5 hour or 2 hours duration classes including antenatal, post natal, general level, and improvers/ballet specific pilates.


k)The drop-in class card may only be used for classes that have been booked via the on-line booking system using a valid Drop-in package.  Please refer to the EZfacility self-service booking schedule for details of the classes currently available at Brighton Ballet School for drop-in class card users. 


l)BBS reserves the right to change, modify and withdraw the range of classes that are available to drop-in card holders without prior notice. 


m)Student Discounts are only available for Students in full-time Education in accordance with section 9 of these terms & conditions for dance classes.  Pilates classes are currently excluded from the student discounts.


n)BBS cannot always guarantee that a suitable class will be available in the level/style/discipline that drop-in class card holders require during the 3 or 6 month period validity of their package.


o)BBS, its staff and teachers reserve the right to refuse any student they deem unfit to attend class according to section 8 of these terms & conditions.


p)The drop-in card cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discounts. 


q)Fees for drop-in class cards must be settled in full within 1 week of the date of purchase to avoid late payment fees of £10.00 being added to your account.
